OTR operates as an independent third party. Your participation and anything you share are kept confidential and separate from your employer, your command, and your personnel file.

How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your request and provide our services. We do not sell your information.
What we don't do
- We don't report your participation to your employer or command.
- We don't place anything in your personnel file.
- We don't share your information except as needed to provide support or as required by law.
